These terms apply to your use of buyfastsale.com and every order placed with Buy Fast Sale, 305 S Orange St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Using the site
Use the site lawfully and for personal shopping. Don't interfere with how it works, try to access other people's information or scrape content with automated tools.
2. Product information
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and manufacturers can change packaging or specifications. Use supplements and personal care products as directed and ask a doctor if you're unsure a product is right for you.
3. Prices and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars. Texas sales tax of 8.25% (state and local combined for Fredericksburg) is applied to taxable items and shown in your cart before you pay. Gift cards are not taxed. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping so you can continue at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it or deliver a digital code. We may cancel an order because of availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $250 with a $3.00 handling fee.
6. Promo codes
One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders and may change or end at any time.
7. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping costs $5.99 and is free on orders over $49 after discounts. Express shipping costs $14.99. Delivery times are estimates, and we aren't responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Gift cards, software and digital codes
eGift cards and software codes are delivered by email and are subject to the issuer's or publisher's terms, including any automatic renewal. They can't be returned once delivered, except where the law requires.
9. Returns
Returns are covered by our returns & refunds policy.
10. Intellectual property
The site design, text and graphics belong to Buy Fast Sale or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their owners.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
